L’Avancée sleeps 10 lucky people in perfect comfort over 2 sumptuous en-suites and 3 comfortable bedrooms. It offers a living area of 300m2 that will charm you by its peaceful atmosphere and its warm and refined vintage decoration.

Enjoy the great outdoors and experience five-star luxury in a unique setting complete with hot-tub and sauna after a full day’s skiing or hiking.
Sports enthusiasts and families will appreciate the ski boot warmers (10 pairs), the private shed with key for storing your bicycles, motorcycles, mountain sports equipment etc. Sockets are available for charging electric bicycles; one dedicated to charging electric vehicles.

There are lovely cross-country trails straight from the door and a 15 minutes car ride will take you to the stunning Sancy Massif and its ski slopes. The Puy-de-Dôme district offers a large range of all-year round outdoor sport activities. I also recommend tasting the local cuisine or visiting the near-by sites and will share with you my personal favorites with pleasure!
